The Miraleste Hills Community Association ("MHCA" has been formally restructured,
under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes,
and filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Califomia on February 10, 2020.

MHCA is a nonprofit public benefit corporation exclusively for social welfare purposes,
within the meaning of IRS Section 501(c)(4).

Participant dues and expenses are not tax deductible.
